Sure, the 49′ LOA would be unsustainable if marinas or haulouts are a concerned but with a 2’6″ draft you could always beach it when needful.
Yeah, a blast from the past indeed. There was one for sale on in Red Hook, St Thomas a decade or so ago that needed a lot of work for a few thousand bucks and I’ve always counted it as a missed opportunity.
