Since I’ve been working on the VolksCruiser project I’ve noticed a certain niche market in used boats. The upshot is that someone buys a dirt cheap boat that is not selling for pennies on the dollar and then cleans it up (as in just throwing away junk and some liberal application of soap and water) …
