For starters, I’m finding the whole West Marine circling the ceramic bowl somewhat depressing. Sure, I’ve never been a huge fan of West Marine but they do fulfill a need and there are a lot of jobs on the line. That said, with those executive bonuses, it makes it really hard to feel bad about their plight.

I would have expected to be treated in the same manner if i had ignored all of the regulations and rules of the road. Indeed, i was personally chased down by a police launch near Plymouth to keep clear of a submarine that was not even on the surface. I had no vhf.
