Stuff you can do, some good news, and in the “Idiocracy meets Bizarro world” department…
The weather the last week or so has been a somewhat fugly shit-show. It’s problematic with current projects, so I’m catching up on some reading.
Which, brings us to the word for the day… e-s-c-a-p-i-s-m.
Truth be told, I’m greatly in need of some time in a world that actually makes sense. Which means pulling out Wendig, Crais, King, Hiaasen, Hall, Scalzi, and a bunch of others.
Reading best takes me to a place that allow me to put the current shit-show on hold. Albeit with the added advantage of letting new ideas seep into the mix.
We all need to read more, and yes I’ll be rereading The Captain Nemo cookbook papers: Everyone’s guide to Zen & the art of boating in hard times…
Time for another cup of coffee…
