So here’s the best sailing magazine issue I’ve read in ages.
Seriously, it’s an all-star junk rig extravaganza for anyone interested in junk rig design, boat building, or cruising. There’s not one bit of trying to sell you shit you don’t need. Like I said, a great issue.
The only problem is that you have to join the JRA to be able to read it.
Now if you’ll forgive me, I’ll just kick back and read all about Tom McNaughton’s awesome new junk rig design.
As a Junk Rig Association member I highly recommend joining if you have any interest in the junk rig or related sails. It is full of information on sail design and construction. I would pay the extra fee for the high quality print magazine. It is well worth the few extra dollars.
I have been reading Junk Rig for years. Enjoyed every issue, but this last one was beyond perfect. Amazing. I read on an iPad. The photos are fantastic. Subscribe.
