I’m not sure why I’ve been focused on bikes, bike design, and the consumerist side of the bicycle industry of late. Maybe it’s something of a conundrum and just illustrates why we seem to be in the worst of times/ best of times zone.
I’ve also found myself watching Bike Farmer as a means of depressurizing and losing the daily dose of bad news that seems all encompassing these days. Think a longish zen mantra.
I’m pretty sure there’s a connection here for non-consumerist boat folk and their cycling brethren. Which is going to become a eureka moment on some level or other. But, for the moment, I’ll continue doing boat projects while listening to this guy making sense.
